The main content of the train is cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), trauma care, accident and emergency first aid, use the combination of theory and actual operation. The teacher from Red Cross especially and systematicly emphasize the importance of first-aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the four skills of trauma care(stop bleeding, bandage, fixation, handling) etc. During the training process, every one practices the whole progress of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and used the skills of trauma care.

The training especially emphasized that after the accident happen, the effective rescue time was only 4-6 minutes which was called “the golden rescue time”. Therefore, when the disaster and accident happen, a “first responder” with rescue skills and do the scene emergency rescue measures will improve the rescue efficiency greatly.

Beside, the training department also issued the Red Cross Ambulanceman Certification to the passed test staff.
